What we collect and why
If you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business or website, requested service and message. We use it to respond, discuss your project and provide agreed services. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.
You can choose not to provide information, although without contact details we may be unable to respond. We do not automatically subscribe people who enquire to marketing emails.
Services that process information
The contact form uses FormSubmit to process your submission and forward it to our business email. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Its spam controls may use Google reCAPTCHA. These providers may process information outside New Zealand.
This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect their services. We have not added Google Analytics or advertising pixels to this website.

Access, sharing and retention
Suzy and providers reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry or deliver agreed services may access the relevant information. We do not sell your enquiry information. We may disclose information where authorised or required by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect information and retain it only as long as needed for the purpose collected, related business records and legal obligations. Service providers may have their own retention requirements. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Your rights and concerns
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing Suzy. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please contact us first if you have a privacy concern. You can also contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes
We may update this policy if the website or our practices change. The current version and date will be shown on this page.
